Good Afternoon Mimecasters!


We hope everyone is excited for the upcoming Cyber Resilience Summit in October. If you haven’t registered yet, maybe this will help….


You asked, and we listened. Pre-conference certification courses will be FREE OF CHARGE with your registration! Our goal on the Technical Training team is to make our customers more resilient by enhancing your product knowledge and ensuring you are getting the most out of your Mimecast configurations.


The certification schedule at the summit is as follows:


Full-Day (Sunday Oct. 27, 9:30-4:30)

  • Gateway Technical Professional
  • Gateway Technical Specialist

Half-Day (Sunday Oct. 27 12:30-4:30 OR Monday Oct. 28, 8:30-12:30)

  • Security Technical Professional
  • Archive Technical Professional
  • End User Technical Specialist

Just a reminder, its first come, first serve and you must be registered for the Summit. During your registration, select the certification course(s) that you’d like to attend to ensure that your spot is reserved.

Michael Conley is the Director of Service Delivery Enablement at Mimecast. He has enjoyed assisting customers and growing a legendary support team since 2012. Michael was the FY16 Mimecaster of the Year.


2017 is shaping up to be yet another an exciting year for learning at Mimecast. Adding value to the Mimecast brand through education and enablement is a cornerstone of all that is Legendary Customer Success. You will hear more about this exciting program in the coming months.

My goal with this series is to take the real-world lessons we’ve learned from our support teams and customers around the world and distill them into easy-to-understand troubleshooting concepts.


For this one, I have put together a new video below on troubleshooting basic authentication issues, using only a few basic steps, to help viewers identify and remediate common authentication issues.
