Mac client "Binding not found" error

Question

I'm running the latest version of the Mimecast app for Mac OS on High Sierra 10.13.4 (17E202).  I've added the user account and tested the connection successfully.  The app shows that it's in a connected state.  When I click on the Inbox, Sent Items, of the Holds, I receive a Binding not found error.  Any ideas?

Hi David,

I see from your Support case that we were able to get to the bottom of this - it seems that the issue was related to the user trying to authenticate using an email address that was an alias vs. their primary email address, and using the primary address did the trick. Just posting the result here in case anyone else runs into this issue
