Mimecast iOS app error "binding not found"

Question

Frequently users go to launch the Mimecast app on their iPhone and they receive the error "binding not found" this has been an on-going issue for a long while and the only way around is to delete the app then reinstall.

Has anyone else come across this issue? Is there a permanent fix?

@Nathaniel Rose unfortunately the only workaround is to delete the app, reinstall and log back in. A proper solution has never been found despite pushing this with Mimecast. As I understand the Mimecast app is being developed into a web-based app and so hopefully this bug will disappear once released. No timelines from Mimecast on this yet but it is in the pipeline apparently

Hey @Bent James JJBB, did YOU ever figure this one out? I've been having to log out and log back in every couple days. Ours authenticates via SSO if that matters.
