Mimecast Mobile (iOS) not showing in App Store — “Not available in my country or region”

I can’t find Mimecast Mobile in the Apple App Store. When I open the app link directly, it says “Not available in my country or region.”

Is the iOS app delisted/unlisted, or restricted by region? Any official update or recommended install method (MDM/ABM) would be helpful.
