Duplicate messages are displayed in the your Mimecast for Outlook Inbox.




This is by design. This occurs when messages are transitioned from Accepted Email to the archive. For a period of time they exist in both of these places and therefore show as duplicate emails. These will automatically be deduplicated over time. No additional action is required.
