This article describes how end users can manage their account within Mimecast Mobile.

Walkthrough

 

Changing Your Password

 

  1. Click the Menu icon.

  2. Select the Settings icon next to your account.

  3. Select the Password tab.
  4. Change your password and click Return.

 

Changing Your Cloud Password

 

  1. Click the Menu icon.

  2. Select the Settings icon next to your account.

  3. Select Change Cloud Password.
  4. Enter your current Cloud Password.
  5. Enter your new Cloud Password ensuring it conforms to the complexity rules as set by your administrator and displayed.
  6. Confirm your password and select Save.

The Change Cloud Password functionality is available in Mimecast Mobile version 3.2 onwards.

Adding Another Account

 

  1. Click on the Menu icon.
  2. Select Add New Account.
  3. Enter the email address of the account and select Next.
  4. Enter your password.
  5. Choose your authentication method.
  6. Select Next.

    If the new account being added also has access to Delegate accounts these will be added to the list of accounts also.

Switching Accounts

 

  1. Click on the Menu icon.
  2. Select the account you wish to switch to from the list.
  3. Mimecast Mobile will now refresh and display the Online Inbox of the selected account.

 

Deleting Accounts

 

  1. Click on the Menu icon.
  2. Select the Settings icon next to the account you wish to delete.
  3. Select Delete Account.
