Service Monitor: Listing Support Cases

You can use the Service Monitor to view your new, open, and on hold support cases that you have logged with Mimecast Support.


To list your support cases:

  1. Access the Service Monitor. See Accessing the Service Monitor for further detail.
  2. Click on the Support Cases tab. All your support cases are listed where you can:
    • Sort the list by a column's contents.
    • Search for a support case. This searches across all columns (i.e. case number, status, subject, and the last message content).
    • View a case's last message.
