You can use the Service Monitor to list your new, open, and on hold support cases that you have logged with Mimecast Support.
To list your support cases:
- Access the Service Monitor. See Accessing the Service Monitor for further detail.
- Click on the Support Cases tab. All your support cases are listed where you can:
- Sort the list by a column's contents.
- Search for a support case. This searches across all columns (i.e. case number, status, subject, and the last message content).
- View a case's last message.
