Your Service Monitor cloud password does not affect your AD or cloud password.

Resetting Your Cloud Password

If you've forgotten your cloud password, you can reset it. This sends a temporary password to the email address you've provided. Additionally the temporary password is sent to your mobile phone, assuming it's number has been stored in Mimecast. The temporary password allows you to log in, but forces you to create a new permanent password.

To reset your cloud password:

  1. Click on the Forgot your password? link in the log in dialog.
  2. Enter your email address.
  3. Click the Reset Password button.
