Mimecast provides reports to assist administrators to manage their internal environment, through data load analysis and user efficiency. See the Reporting page for full details.

The PDF Reports function allows you to schedule reports to be run on either a weekly or monthly schedule, and save the output to a PDF file. Additionally you can select:

  • Whether the report should be emailed, or saved locally on Mimecast.
  • Which graphs should be saved / sent.
  • How often these graphs should be run (weekly or monthly).
  • The email addresses where the PDFs should be sent.
Administrators with read only access to the Reporting module will not have access to edit Reporting Schedules.
