Part of adding an Internal Domain is owner verification. This guide outlines the required steps for some of the common domain registrars.

When adding a TXT record to register a domain, check with your DNS provider if a full stop is required at the end of the domain name. Some providers instruct you to use one, whilst others don't.

What You'll Need

  • The verification code from Register a Domain wizard in the Administration Console.
  • Admin access to the DNS zone of the domain you are adding to Mimecast.
