Menu options not displayed

The user has entered their authentication details in Mimecast Mobile for BlackBerry, but the menus don't display and Mimecast options.



  1. Verify that the device OS is supported within the prerequisites.
  2. Verify the Application Settings for the user.
  3. Hard reset the device by removing the battery.
  4. Reinstall the app, authenticate the user, and check for the new menu options.
  5. If the above steps are unsuccessful, log the issue with Mimecast support. Ensure that you report the memory used to store the app, as well as the OS.
