The user has entered their authentication details in Mimecast Mobile for BlackBerry, but the menus don't display and Mimecast options.
- Verify that the device OS is supported within the prerequisites.
- Verify the Application Settings for the user.
- Hard reset the device by removing the battery.
- Reinstall the app, authenticate the user, and check for the new menu options.
- If the above steps are unsuccessful, log the issue with Mimecast support. Ensure that you report the memory used to store the app, as well as the OS.
