DR Notifications are not received

The user does not receive notifications of Continuity Events.

 

Resolution

  1. Check that other users are receiving DR notifications
  2. Verify that Mimecast Mobile for BlackBerry is installed on the device
  3. Check the Application Settings for the user
  4. Verify that the user is a member of the Group referenced in the Continuity Event
  5. Verify that the user email address and password on the device is correct
  6. Verify that the device has internet connectivity
  7. Verify that the device has not been restarted within the last 15 minutes. If it has, wait for a full 15 minutes to ensure enough time has passed for the Continuity Even to take effect
  8. Confirm the Poll Interval and contact Mimecast support if notifications are still not received within the Poll Interval time.
