The user does not receive notifications of Continuity Events.
- Check that other users are receiving DR notifications
- Verify that Mimecast Mobile for BlackBerry is installed on the device
- Check the Application Settings for the user
- Verify that the user is a member of the Group referenced in the Continuity Event
- Verify that the user email address and password on the device is correct
- Verify that the device has internet connectivity
- Verify that the device has not been restarted within the last 15 minutes. If it has, wait for a full 15 minutes to ensure enough time has passed for the Continuity Even to take effect
- Confirm the Poll Interval and contact Mimecast support if notifications are still not received within the Poll Interval time.
