DR emails are not working

Mimecast Mobile for BlackBerry has been installed on the device, and Continuity Mode has been activated. The user is not receiving emails and/or is unable to send emails.



  1. Confirm that the device has internet connectivity.
  2. Confirm that the user permissions within Application Settings.
  3. Confirm that the DR notification was received. If not, review the Continuity Event settings.
  4. Confirm that other users have received the DR notification.
  5. Confirm that the device has not been restarted in the last 15 minutes.
  6. Wait for 15 minutes to ensure enough time has passed for the Continuity Event to take effect. If email flow is still affected, please contact Mimecast support and log the issue.
