Mimecast Mobile for BlackBerry has loaded in BES, but cannot be pushed to the user's device.
- Confirm that the device OS is supported by reviewing the prerequisites.
- Confirm that the device is listed and in contact with the BES.
- Confirm that no policy restrictions are in place.
- Try to push a different app to the device. If successful, you may need a newer Mimecast Mobile for BlackBerry build. If unsuccessful, you may need to contact BlackBerry support.
