Cannot push Mimecast Mobile for BlackBerry to device

Mimecast Mobile for BlackBerry has loaded in BES, but cannot be pushed to the user's device.



  1. Confirm that the device OS is supported by reviewing the prerequisites.
  2. Confirm that the device is listed and in contact with the BES.
  3. Confirm that no policy restrictions are in place.
  4. Try to push a different app to the device. If successful, you may need a newer Mimecast Mobile for BlackBerry build. If unsuccessful, you may need to contact BlackBerry support.
