Cannot Load Mimecast Mobile for BlackBerry into BES

The Mimecast Mobile for BlackBerry app cannot be loaded into the BlackBerry Enterprise Server (BES).



  1. Restart the BES.
  2. Ensure that the user logged on to the BES is an Administrator.
  3. Confirm if policy restrictions are in place. These could be causing the app not to be loaded, and may need to be removed.
  4. Ensure that the BES files been extracted from the downloaded ZIP file.
  5. Try to test the BES by loading another application. If this is successful, you may need to download a newer Mimecast Mobile for BlackBerry build from Mimecast. If unsuccessful, you may need to contact BlackBerry support for assistance.
