Address Alterations Bypass policies can be used to override an existing Address Alternations policy.

Benefits

Adding an Address Alterations Bypass policy provides an additional level of control over when (and to what) an existing Address Alterations policy is applied. For example, there may be an outbound message set to send from a generic email address. You can add an Address Alteration Bypass policy to enable or disable this address alteration.

What you need

  • An Administrator Console logon with access to the Administration | Gateway | Policies menu item.
