The Targeted Threat Protection - URL Protect Dashboard displays a graphical summary of all user awareness activity. As such it is the place administrators can go to monitor user awareness, and perform actions on the data displayed.

 

To access the Targeted Threat Protection - URL Protect Dashboard:

  1. Log on to the Administration Console.
  2. Click on the Administration menu item. A menu drop down is displayed.
  3. Click on the Services | URL Protection menu item.

 

Targeted Threat Protection - URL Protect Reports

 

Targeted Threat Protection - URL Protect activity is displayed in a series of reports displayed is the following sections:

 

SectionDescription
URLs Scanned Per DayDisplays the number of URLs scanned per day over the last 30 days.
Most Clicked URLs

Displays the most clicked URLs and the number of times they were clicked. By default the report displays malicious URLs with a eternal date range. You can change the report to filter by:

  • URLs that are Malicious, Clean, or All (both malicious and clean).
  • A specific date range. To do this, select the "All Time" field, deselect the "Eternal" option, specify the required start and end dates, and click the "Apply" button.
Top Users by ClickDisplays the users who've clicked URLs most and the number of times they clicked them. By default the report displays malicious URLs with a eternal date range. You can change the report to filter by:
  • URLs that are Malicious, Clean, or All (both malicious and clean).
  • A specific date range. To do this, select the "All Time" field, deselect the "Eternal" option, specify the required start and end dates, and click the "Apply" button.
Threats DetectedDisplays the total of malicious threats detected over the last 30 days.
URLs by CategoryDisplays the number of URLs clicked by category over the last 30 days, in both graphical and list form.
User Awareness of Malicious LinksDisplays the number of malicious or clean URLs clicked by users.
User Awareness of Clean Links
Top Users Attempting Malicious Link AccessDisplays the top users clicking on malicious links.

 

Targeted Threat Protection - URL Protect Actions

 

The list of actions you can perform are all available by a built in toolbar (see right) that allows you to:
