Accessing Other Mimecast Applications

There are a number of applications you can access once you've logged into the Administration Console. The applications available are listed below:

 

ApplicationDescription
Application ConsoleThis allows you to perform all administrator tasks on your account. Read the Administration Console page for more details.
Service MonitorThis displays the email queues, journaling status, and allows you to set up alerts to inform you when a threshold is reached. Read the Service Monitor page for more details.
Connect ApplicationThis allows new Mimecast customers to setup their accounts using a wizard type interface. See the Connect Application page for more details.
Case ReviewerThis allows users assigned to to securely compartmentalize data, where a discovery case, litigation hold, compliance, or other investigation is started.

 

To access these applications:

  1. Click the ico_apps.png toolbar icon.
  2. Click on an application Icon.
  3. Log on to the application (if required).
