Enabling LDAP Domain Authentication

Using this method of authentication, users are authenticated against the Active Directory using the LDAP connector configured for directory synchronization.

You must have synchronized your directory using LDAP to be able to perform this step.

To enable LDAP domain authentication:

  1. Complete the Domain Authentication Test dialog as follows:

    Field / OptionDescription
    Domain Email AddressEnter the domain's email address.
    Domain PasswordEnter the domain's password.
  2. Click the Test Authentication button. If authentication is configured successfully, the following message is displayed:
