The Administration Console keeps a record of the last ten dialogs you've visited. These are maintained even between your Administration Console sessions. These are accessible to allow you to quickly access a function. For example, say you were amending the roles for three users. You completed the amendment for two users, but have to stop to attend a meeting. On returning to the task of amending the roles for the third and final user, you can use the history function to take you directly to the roles and permissions dialog.

To access your Administration Console dialog history:

  1. Click on the ico_history.png toolbar icon. A list of the last ten dialogs you opened is displayed.
  2. Select a dialog from the list. The dialog is opened.

If you wish, you can delete the record of our recently visited dialogs, leaving the Favorites icon list empty.

To clear your Administration Console dialog history:

  1. Click on the ico_history.png toolbar icon.
  2. Click the Clear link in the top right hand corner. The list is reset.
