Both the MSP Portal and Reseller Portal gives you access to a wealth of additional marketing resources. These allow you to keep up to date with Mimecast's activities, and in turn:
- Build new relationships with your prospects.
- Move prospects through the sales cycle.
- Inform your customers of new functionality.
To access the marketing resources:
- Click on the toolbar icon.
- Click on the Resources menu item. A secondary menu is displayed.
- Select one of the following menu items:
Menu Item Description Resources Displays the resources home page. It contains a series of articles, each displayed in it's own tile. Each tile contains a headline, summary, and link to additional resources (e.g. datasheet, report, e-book). What's New Displays a blog style list of posts designed to bring news of what's new to your attention. The most recent post is displayed at the top. Sales Tools
Displays links to a series of tools you can use to build prospects and customers. These are accessible via a series of links at the top of the page designed to focus on specific aspects of building your prospect and customer relationships. The tools include interactive whiteboard videos, scripts to use for your telemarketing, and product cheat sheets.
Opens the Partner Interactive Marketing Suite (PIMS) log in dialog is a new browser tab.
Collateral Displays a list of search results based on Mimecast that you can use. These include press releases, analyst research, white papers, data sheets, solution briefs, case studies, and videos. Ten results are displayed per page. Branding and Logos Provides a series of resources to add Mimecast branding to your marketing, and partner website. This includes a Pay Per Click (PPC) marketing guide. Marketing Campaigns Displays a blog style list of posts designed to inform you of recent marketing announcements. The most recent post is displayed at the top. Customer Tools Displays a list of resources designed to keep customers informed and educated about the latest features and developments. This includes end-user demos, training courses, knowledge base, customer community, customer satisfaction surveys, and customer webinars.
