Customer ListA prospect automatically when a order has been submitted, and that is verified by Mimecast.

 

Listing Your Customers

 

To list your customer:

  1. Click on the Menu button icon in the toolbar.
  2. Click on the Customers | Customers menu item. A list of your customers is displayed with the:
    • Company name
    • Number of users
    • Mimecast product

 

Displaying a Customer's Order Status

 

You can also display a customer's order status:

  1. Click on the Menu button icon in the toolbar.
  2. Click on the Customers | View Order Status menu item.
  3. Expand one of the following sections:
    • Orders Pending Customer Approval: This displays orders sent to a customer for approval, but that have yet to receive a response.
    • Orders Submitted to Mimecast: This displays orders that have been approved by a customer and have been sent to Mimecast to setup the customer's record and start the Connect process.

 

Both of the above views display the same detail:

 

ColumnDescription
CompanyDisplays the name of the company taken from the order.
DateDisplays the date of the order.
At Cost
At RRP
StatusDisplays the current status of the order.
