This guides describes how a message containing HTML elements (e.g. forms, frames) can be viewed in plain text mode inside the case review application.


Applies To...


  • Users assigned to review messages as part of a discovery case.
  • Messages containing HTML elements.




Theses days, marketing and promotional emails are increasingly looking like web pages. They display data in frames or forms, to allow their message to be formatted in a web specific manner. Where a message is received in HTML format, you can change it's display to view it in plain text.


To view a message in plain text:

  1. Click on the Text link in the message's footer.

    View Message as Plain Text


To return to the HTML view:

  1. Click on the HTML link in the message's footer.

    Message View in HTML
