This page describes how end users can retrieve information relating a message's delivery. This enables them to confirm a message has been successfully delivered.

  • End users of Mimecast Mobile v4.1 or later.


Displaying a Message's Delivery Receipt Status


To view the delivery receipt status of a message:

  1. Select Sent Items from the main menu.
  2. Select a message. The message is displayed.
  3. Select the Delivery Receipts Status drop down. 

    A drop down displays the name and email address of each recipient.
  4. Select the Delivery Status More Icon icon for the recipient you are interested in.
  5. Either select:
    • View Details to display the following information:
      • Recipient
      • Remote IP
      • Acknowledgement
    • Copy Details to Clipboard to copy the detail to your device's clipboard.
