Displaying the Lexicon DetailsThis guide describes how reviewers or escalation managers, can display the details of the lexicon that captured the message to review and (if it has been escalated) details of the escalation. Which details are displayed depends on whether your logon has reviewer or escalation manager permissions.

 

Displaying a Message's Lexicon Details

 

When you're reviewing a message, you can display details of the lexicon that decided that the message should be reviewed. This information can be toggled on or off as required.

 

To display / hide the lexicon's details:

  1. Click on the Lexicon Details link.

 

Displaying the Escalation DetailsDisplaying a Message's Escalation Details

 

When you're reviewing an escalated message, you can display details of the escalation and lexicon that decided that the message should be reviewed. The information displayed includes who escalated it and when. The escalation information can be toggled on or off as required.

 

To display / hide the escalation's details:

  1. Click on the Escalation Details link.
