EMPLOYEE0I am not aware of any changes in this area. It is most likely something triggered by your specific email client. I just tried it using Outlook 11 and it worked fine.
You will need to contact us directly and provide an example email that triggers the issue and an example of the email that gets delivered with the stationery applied.
Thank you for your reply. I have looked into this further and it appears to be a problem within mimecast itself, rather than just when the email gets sent. If editing stationery in plain text I type a £ sign and it shows up correctly. As soon as I click on save it gets converted to '??'. I have tried contacteing mimecast directly (Case #MIME260450) but have had no reply.
Thanks for your post. I've had a look at your case MIME260450. I see a response was sent back on the 17/02/2012, requesting additional information. Unfortunately the ticket was opened using your Gmail address which has prevented us from determining the company name.
If you can replay to the support case original ticket (which was sent back to your Gmail address) with your company name we can investigate in more detail.
Thanks in advanced.
