One of our users was searching for an email sent back on the 3rd of Dec 2011, using MSO 3.5.3, found the e-mail an on opening it, got the message:
This email has not been added to the archive yet.
Other messages opened fine. I did a quick search on webmail, and the message was there in full. And she could get at the details she needed.
Any idea why the MSO returned a different message?

The most likely cause of this problem is that during an initial MSO retrieval of this message the communication process was interrupted. The simplest method of resolving this is by clearing the MSO cache. This can be achieved by simply purging the cache which is available from the Advanced settings. These advanced settings can be found either by right clicking the m in the system tray or the Mimecast ribbon in outlook depending on the version.
