We have setup a Group Carbon Copy across a large range of users for compliance reasons. We would like to stop the held messages that the Carbon Copy creates for the user spam etc. messages. Can anyone help with how we might be able to do this? Many thanks
If a message is blocked due to "User level block list in force" was that because a user blocked it and it was added to their blocked list?

As soon as information on this threat was available, the Mimecast Messaging Security team took steps to mitigate it, and as a result we've had a 97%+ detection rate with Spam Scanning set at the Relaxed level.
