Hi James, I've seen issues when Exchange disclaimers are used in conjunction with Mimecast disclaimers (stationery). However, if you are using Active Directory Sync, Mimecast does have the ability to add user-specific info to a "signature" section at end of each reply, while only adding the disclaimer part to the very bottom of the email…
how do you unblock a sender?
Hi Dawn, You will need to reach out to your IT admin/provider, as only they will have access to the Admin Console. If you accidentally blocked someone yourself and would like to unblock them, you can do so from the Personal Portal by going to Advanced>Managed Senders.
