How to unblock a person that I need to receive e-mails?
I need to receive e-mails from one of my bank representatives. My IT Department states that I blocked the person, how do I go about unblocking, so I can continue receiving e-mails.

From any of the Mimecast end-user platforms (Outlook plugin, web portal, etc.), you can find your list of blocked addresses under Managed Senders. The below links provide more info, but if you need further assistance please reach back to your IT department, as they control which platforms you have access to, and should be able to assist further - they can also raise a Support case with us as necessary.
