I am attempting to reset the password for a receiver of a secure massage from one of our users. I have accessed the user settings from the "external directory" section of the mimecast admin console. Unable to reset password. Have done it before. Why?

Administration > Directories > External Directories > "User" > Password > **Unable to change password**
