Good evening, we have some users in Australia who use a company called Telstra as their communication / internet provider. For some unusual reason when they send verification emails containing a code, it is stripped out completely from the body of the email. The actual email arrives but with nothing in the body. Is this something that anyone else has come across?
It appears that if the email goes to a Gmail address 'obviously not going through Mimecast' the code is visible. Using a Gmail account for dealing with this might be an option, but not ideal.
