Hi
Is there an option to bypass this check? much appreciated in advanced
Jim:
There is a way to allow delivery of messages that violate the RFC's that define how email should be formed. See Message Tracking - Suspicious Message Structure for more information about that.
The Mimecast policy, Policies - Message Passthrough, can be used as a workaround, and the article explains what happens when it is configured in your account.
Please review these articles before enabling a bypass, especially the caveat "we recommend using a bypass policy with caution. They could allow a new virus outbreak to go undetected while signatures are being updated and could counteract the Mimecast virus Service Level Agreement".
Let us know if this helps!
