This article describes how end users can manage their account in Mimecast for Mac.

Updating Your Password


To update your password:

  1. Click on the Mimecast tab.
  2. Select Preferences.
  3. Select the Account tab.
  4. Update your password and click Save Password.

Log Into a Different Account


To log into a different account:

  1. Click on the Mimecast tab.
  2. Select Logout.
  3. In the pop up confirmation window select Logout.
  4. Enter the email address of the account you wish to log in with in the Email Address field and click Next.
  5. Select the Authentication Type and enter your password.
  6. Click Next.
