This article describes how end users can manage their personal blocked , permitted senders, auto allowed, and trusted entries.



The Managed Senders view provides the following benefits:

  • You can search and filter entries.
  • Add entries.
  • Delete entries.

The Managed Sender view can be opened by selecting Managed Senders from the main menu.

Adding a Blocked / Permitted / Trusted Sender


To add a blocked sender:

  1. Select the Blocked, Permitted, or Trusted tab.
  2. Select the Add button.
  3. Enter the sender's email address or a domain into the text box.
    • When adding a domain, the @ symbol is not required (e.g. to block @domain.com use domain.com).
    • Multiple addresses / domains must be added on separate lines
      Adding multiple addresses / domains is only available in the blocked or permitted senders lists.
  4. Click OK to add the entries.


Deleting an Entry


To delete an entry from your blocked, permitted, or trusted senders list:

  1. Select the Blocked, Permitted, or Trusted tab.
  2. Select the Remove for the relevant entry in the list.
  3. Select OK on the pop-up confirmation box to delete the entry.
