Connect Application: Changing Your Connect Cloud Password

The first time you log on to the Connect Application, you must change your cloud password from the one supplied to you. You can also change your cloud password at any time. In fact, it is advisable to do so on a regular basis.

 

To change your Connect cloud password:

  1. Click on your Account Profile. A popup menu is displayed.
  2. Select the Change Cloud Password menu item.
  3. Complete the Change Cloud Password as follows:

    FieldDescription
    Current PasswordEnter the cloud password you used to access the Connect Application.
    New PasswordEnter a new cloud password. The minimum requirements (e.g. number / type of characters) are displayed in the dialog.
    Confirm PasswordRenter the value previously entered in the New Password field.

    A visual indicator displays if the new password contains the required number of characters, and the "New Password" and "Confirm Password" fields are the same.

     

    Changing your cloud password

  4. Click the Change Password button.

 

Having changed your password, you are automatically logged off and asked to log on with your new cloud password. Once this is complete, you can continue with the Connect Application.
