Supervision: Forwarding / Printing Messages

This guide describes how to forward or print messages from the supervision application if the reviewers or escalation queue is configured to allow this.

 

Walkthrough

 

Accessing Hidden Functions

Depending on the width of the application window, the icons mentioned below may not be immediately available. On smaller screens (e.g. tablets) the icons are hidden initially, but can be displayed:

  1. Click on the More Icon icon in the message's toolbar. The hidden functions are displayed. 
  2. Click on the required function.

 

Forwarding Messages

 

Forwarding MessagesTo forward messages:

  1. Either:
    • Click on a message to forward it.
    • Select the Tick Boxes to the left of the messages to be forwarded.
  2. Either:
    • Use the Shift + F keyboard shortcut.
    • Click on the Forward Message Icon toolbar icon in one of the messages.
      If forwarding multiple messages, a new message is opened with the forwarded messages displayed as attachments.
  3. Enter the required Recipients.
  4. Add any Text to accompany the message.
  5. Click on the Send button.

 

Printing a Message

You cannot print multiple messages, or print messages from a review queue.

To print a message from an escalation queue:

  1. Click on the message in the list.
  2. Either:
    • Use the Shift + P keyboard shortcut.
    • Click on the Message Print Icon icon in the message's toolbar. A print dialog is displayed.
  3. Set the required print properties.
  4. Click on the Print button.
