This page demonstrates how the Supervision Dashboard monitors all supervision activity. To access the Supervision dashboard:
- Log into the Administration Console.
- Click on the Administration menu item.
- Select Archiving | Supervision.
- On the dashboard, Overview is the first tab which will display queues with analytics.
Review Queues and Escalation Queues
Review Queues contain messages that are awaiting review. Escalation Queues contain reviewed messages that have been escalated to a senior/escalation manager to decide on their final status. The Message Status table provides extensive information that expands on messages being held in the escalation queue.
Green – 0%-49% Good
Orange – 50%-84% Warning
Red – 85%-100% Critical
At the bottom of this box, the totals of the headings are summarized. The Top Reviewers Performance table shows high performers who have processed a certain amount of emails. At the bottom of this table will be a summarized total of the data above.
